First is Rafael’s Special with toppings of bacon, pepperoni, mushroom, Canadian ham, green bell peppers and red onion; Meat Lovers that has all kinds of meat from meatball, pepperoni, sausage, to ham; Hawaiian menu with three toppings including bacon, ham, and pineapple; BBQ Chicken with chicken and BBQ sauce; Margherita that has pesto drizzle (garlic, olive oil, and fresh basil) and Roma tomatoes; and last but not least, the Vegetarian pizza with mushroom, green bell pepper, touch of oregano, Roma Tomato, red onion, and black olives.
3. Pasta
All pasta menus from this restaurant are served alongside with garlic bread. You can select regular pasta, pasta with sausage or meatball, or order pasta dish with extra ingredients of your choice (extra sausage, extra meatball, or mozzarella cheese).
4. Salad
As an appetizer, there are wide range of salad that offered here. There is Antipasto Salad with salami, lettuce, black olives, tomatoes, green bell pepper, provolone, mushroom, pepperoncini and Romano cheese. Dinner Salad will include Italian gourmet, blue cheese, Thousand Island, and ranch. The signature menu, which is the Rafael’s Salad, offers combination of lettuce, black olives, and Roma tomatoes, then topped with mozzarella and Romano cheese.
