 User Agreement
The following are the terms of service you agree to in order to use our site. Please check
periodically for any updated terms as terms may change without notice. By accepting these
terms of service, you also agree that your use of our web site may contain links to restaurant
web sites which may be governed by separate user agreements. We are not responsible for content on linked web sites.
Using Dr. Eats.com:
Costs for the hungry:
Joining Dr. Eats and finding delivery to your area is free. Placing
an online order or contacting the restaurant to place an order is free*. The charge for
delivery is determined by the individual restaurant and may change at the discretion of said
restaurant with or without notice to Dr. Eats. The cost of menu items also may change without
notice, so please verify your total and all charges with the restaurant. To use our online ordering
feature, you must have a valid credit card that will allow the amount you wish to charge. The
ordering party must be an authorized user of the credit card. If DrEats.com does not receive
payment from your credit card, you are liable for the amount charged and must make immediate
payment through our customer service department.
Legal:
Use of site as a search tool to order direct from the restaurant:
We are not responsible. For anything. As a search tool, DrEats.com is an information site
that offers a geographical search for menus available at the time of posting. We have no
affiliation to restaurants posting menus. We offer no guarantee for timeliness of delivery,
quality of food, or accuracy of menu items. We are not responsible if the delivery vehicle
crashes into your home or if your food makes you sick. Please verify with the restaurant costs,
times, and order. If they mess up, call them. In the event of a dispute between customer
and restaurant, you release us from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) arising
from or in any way connected with such disputes. We hope our site has resulted in a positive
delivery experience, but, if not, it’s not our fault.
Use of site to order food through DrEats Online Ordering System: We guarantee that when you
place an order through the DrEats Online Ordering System (OOS), the restaurant will receive your
order exactly as it is input and all the charges will be displayed accurately at check out. We
offer no guarantee for timeliness of delivery, quality of food, or accuracy of restaurant in
filling your order.
If you are unhappy with your order, you must contact the restaurant for resolution. The DrEats.com $2 fee for the online ordering system is non-refundable.
Any and all use of the site: We are not liable for any loss of money, goodwill, or reputation,
indirect, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our site. You will indemnify and hold
us harmless from any claim or demand, including any attorney's fees, made due to or arising out of
any user's breach of this agreement, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
Privacy:
In order to place a delivery order, whether through us or any other means, certain geographical and payment information must be given to the restaurant. We are not responsible for what the restaurant does with this information once received. Information entered on our site will not be given, sold, or otherwise transferred to any party outside the transaction at any time. We may, however, use your contact information for internal marketing purposes. You may opt out of marketing at any time by using the opt out contact information included in said materials.

DrEats.com and its logo and characters are trademarks of DrEats.com LLC. Their reproduction and
use for any reason not authorized by DrEats.com LLC are strictly prohibited. The DrEats.com web site
and software are property of DrEats.com LLC and are protected by copyright law and may not be
