Orders are placed online by customers using the DrEats OOS. Customer pays for an order using a credit card. |

Credit card payment is accepted, verified and approved by Dr Eats. DrEats uses secure online payment processing . |

Funds collected are sent to the restaurant bank DAILY*. There is no need to wait for monthly, bi-weekly or weekly payments. |

| * Payments are sent on banking days only. Payments cannot be sent on Holidays or weekends. There is an initial 7 day delay before first payment is made to allow for funds to be approved. |
