| How to qualify for DrDollars: |

Great .... Then [Sign In]
- Go to [Add Menu/Suggest Restaurant] to upload menus or
send restaurant information.
- You can also fax or email menus. Be sure to include your account login with any menus
that are sent this way.
You will be notified in your account as to how much you have earned. Also, be sure to check the
current news and events in your customer home page.

| How to use Dr.Dollars: |

DrDollars can be used to purchase DrGear. As you earn more dollars, you can see from your account
what becomes available to you. Don't wear clothes? That's okay, we are always adding ways to use
Dr.Dollars, so check back often.
